01

Drawing

Send a sketch, drawing, CAD file or description of what you need. I can help turn the information into something suitable for CNC cutting.

02

Material

Choose from suitable sheet materials, hardwoods, plywood, MDF, plastics or customer-supplied material where appropriate.

03

Part

Your parts are CNC machined, checked and prepared for collection, delivery or fitting into your own project.

What we do

CNC services for practical, accurate work

Drawn to Part provides CNC routing for people who need parts made accurately without committing to large production runs. Typical work includes templates, jigs, panels, signage, architectural model components, furniture parts, prototypes and replacement items.

01

CNC-cut parts & components

Accurate CNC-cut parts made from supplied drawings, sketches, dimensions or CAD files. Suitable for one-off components, replacement pieces, custom profiles and practical workshop parts.

02

Templates & jigs

Practical CNC-cut templates, jigs and workshop aids for repeatable marking, drilling, routing, assembly or fitting tasks.

03

Panels, signs & profiles

Flat-sheet CNC machining for shaped panels, cut-outs, apertures, grooves, pockets, signs and decorative or functional profiles.

04

Architectural model components

CNC-machined components for architectural models, presentation pieces and scale assemblies where clean, repeatable geometry is required.

05

Prototypes & design development

Turn an idea, drawing or CAD concept into a physical part to test size, fit, shape, assembly or appearance before committing to the final version.

06

Small-batch CNC work

Repeatable machining for limited runs where consistency matters, but a large production supplier is not the right fit.

A practical service

A straightforward service for real workshop jobs

Not every CNC job needs to be a large manufacturing order. Many customers simply need one accurate part, a small batch of repeated components, a template, a panel, or help turning a drawing into a physical object.

Drawn to Part is built around one-off parts, prototypes, templates, jigs and small batches. It is intended for practical jobs where accuracy, repeatability and a clear route from drawing to finished part matter.

You do not need to understand toolpaths, feeds or CNC setup. Send the drawing, sketch or project description and I’ll review whether the job is suitable for the current CNC process.
